Complementing the optics are design details that make the Trailblazer comfortable and easy to hold. The bridge is built with dual hinges that allow the optical tubes to fold under it to minimize the footprint to take up as little space as possible when stored in your pack, pocket, purse, or glove box. Their polycarbonate chassis helps to reduce the weight without sacrificing strength or stability, and they are wrapped in a protective rubber armor that provides a secure slip-resistant grip even in cold and wet weather. To withstand the rigors of being exposed to the elements, the optical tubes are nitrogen filled and O-ring sealed to be waterproof and resistant to internal fogging.
